At Cause+Effect, we recognize that everyone is different. We offer four different types of services designed to suit our clients’ individual needs. Pricing for tailored services begins at $95/hour, with a ten hour monthly minimum.
Phase 1: Laying the Foundation
When you interact with the media, you need to be prepared. We work with each of our clients to create a solid foundation of materials they can use for press, for events, and for promotions, no matter where they are in their career.
We’ll work with you to create the following:
- An electronic press kit (EPK)
- Three targeted pitches designed for three key audiences
- Basic style and image assessment (initial consultation only)
- Access to the C+E network of reporters, bloggers, trend-setters and thought leaders as part of our bi-monthly C+E Insider Update™
Phase 2: Engaging Your Fans
Word-of-mouth is more important now than ever before. Engaging fans and supporters both online and off through the use of social media is an indispensable part of any career, business or brand.
We’ll work with you to create the following:
- An audit of your existing website
- Social networking strategy, planning and support (including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, MySpace and others)
- Direct communications strategy (including email newsletters, mobile communications and direct marketing)
Phase 3: Managing The Media
Managing the media is a matter of consistent, focused, targeted effort. We help our clients plan media outreach, and then do the work required to generate consistent, positive media coverage of their work.
We’ll work with you to create the following:
- A pitching schedule and outreach plan
- A media target list
- Media outreach and coverage tracking
Phase 4: Managing Your Time
When success becomes overwhelming, C+E can step in and help establish long and short term plans, negotiate agreements, and prioritize incoming requests for precious time and resources. With us managing the details, our clients can focus on doing what they love.
We’ll work with you to create the following:
- Structured short and long term planning
- Contract negotiations
- Pitch tracking and management
- Focused image management
